We want to play a proactive role in the country’s transition to net zero and support the Government’s ambition, where possible.
We ensure our members are aware of any government initiatives to reach this target and encourage our members to embed sustainable practices within their day-to-day operations.
Social
We are also mindful that our decisions can impact the communities – from building residents to neighbours to workplaces – we operate in.
Given this, we are committed to acting as good landlords, neighbours and employers.
Governance
As a professional organisation dedicated to upholding best practice, our members follow policies and procedures that ensure effective governance.
Our members are encouraged to regularly review their policies and procedures to promote best practice and expect high standards from the partners they work with.
We encourage our members to continually invest in professional training and the recruitment of a wide range of industry specialists to achieve this.
