One month left for buildings over 18m or 7 storeys to be registered with the Building Safety Regulator

Principal Accountable Persons, including landlords, RMCs or RTMs, have just one month left to register their buildings with the Building Safety Regulator.
The deadline for registration is 30th September, and all buildings over 18 metres or 7 storeys must be registered by then. Under the Building Safety Act 2022, it is a legal requirement to register such buildings by the deadline.
Only Principal Accountable Persons, or someone authorised by them, are able to register buildings. The fee for registering a building is £251, according to the Health & Safety Executive.
